Why do we have all these non-native, high fire hazard, invasive trees planted here on Captain Nurse Circle? Where are all the beautiful CALIFORNIA NATIVE TREES? Our Vegetation Management and Fuel Modification Plan was set up initially to ensure that our Meadow Park community remains at the lowest risk for a fire hazard. Well, if you take a walk around my street, you will easily see that this Plan was never taken seriously here. These prohibited high fire hazard prone trees were either ALLOWED to stay or were intentionally planted for some reason….

This is not a joke. I am not happy to see this whole thing managed as if it was a situation comedy. It is not a fantasy show here….I am a Meadow Park homeowner and I still am not seeing the Vegetation Management and Fuel Modification Plan being put into action in the way it was intended back in 2001..

Perhaps it is time to see a change in the management of this whole thing, because the current group of landscape and property management personnel are just a bunch of freaks not doing doing their job and getting paid for it….

Here is a partial list of the prohibited, high fire hazard, non-native, invasive trees currently growing on Captain Nurse Circle. These trees are from other worlds and need to be removed ASAP. These trees do not belong here in the Meadow Park Community:

Palm, Dawn Redwood, Australian Paper Bark, Bottle Brush,  Eucalyptus

I really do not care if some of some of these trees were here before Meadow Park was built. Many of them were planted here over the past 10 years by the various landscape maintenance companies that have been contracted with our HOA. This was allowed because our HOA management did not acknowledge our Vegetation Management and Fuel Modification Plan and still doesn’t. They are not even acknowledging publicly the complaint I made against them. They are just trying to cover it all up again…. But I am not letting this go away. I continue to post about their illegal activities here on my blog where the Owners can read the truth.

More Dawn redwoods right next to the building. These little trees get very big!!!

Prohibited Eucalyptus tree in the center of Captain Nurse Circle. It is not supposed to be here!!!! There are other like this one too on our street…..

Our rules do not allow these trees…. That is all that matters.. Following our rules allows our community to be safe and secure… If these trees are not removed, we remain at a high fire hazard risk and that is the truth! You can argue with me all you want, but I WILL NOT  STOP SAYING THE TRUTH….

THE TRUTH IS ALL THAT MATTERS NOW….
