Wasting Water? No, We are Finally Irrigating Our Landscape…

I laugh at the Meadow Park Newsletter recently. We are being scolded for not calling those management people in a timely manner regarding “broken sprinklers”… Well, it sounds to me like the management is cranky now that they are having to spend more of our money on the normal and necessary irrigation requirements of our community.  I no longer see the crispy, dry, and dead groundcover of last year. The ground cover is thriving and beautiful!! When there is no rain, there is irrigation. And we have this recycled irrigation in place through North Marin Water District to maintain our landscaping in a fire safe manner….Thank you NMWD!

Here on Captain Nurse Circle, our landscape irrigation was being neglected for a very long time. Now I see the results that even in this drought time, our landscaping is alive and growing again, and all becasue of routine irrigation….And I do appreciate that the management listened to me about this problem and followed through. Otherwise we would be looking like a desert around here..

So, I am happy to report on that to you today…

I am still wondering what happened with the agenda item regarding fire sprinkler testing? It  has been agendized for the past two meetings and the way things go around here, we never know the minutes of the current meeting until two months later!!!!  “Oh they have to be approved”, is the excuse…

That is a ridiculous situation but it is how they manage things like that in the Meadow Park HOA. It would be nice to have a management company post the minutes right away or come up with some system to inform Owners in a timely manner. Two months later is just stupid and boring management. Maybe another company would do things better. Two months to get the meeting minutes online…What a joke people.

Here is a link to the 2014 Meadow Park HOA board meeting minutes up to September’s minutes. November meeting minutes will not be posted until January 2015, believe it or not…And only 82 views this entire year. Unfortuneately, a lot of apathy exists among the Meadow Park Owners. So, have fun reading these minutes…
