No problems here. We live in a very good place on Captain Nurse Circle. This Big Storm of the year is hardly impactimg us at all. I took a walk around to see what was going on. I took pictures of the local creek and wash. There is so much room still for the water to go…
This is good news for us. Living in a flood zone is not fun. I was there once when I lived in the wrong side of Murrieta, CA and lived through a flood. That was not good. But here in our little Meadow Park community the planners did a very good job to drain away the water from the homes. See the pictures below. I took them about 11:00 AM on December 11, 2014. We have excellent drainage here! We have a superb sanitary district that regularly checks the sewer drains. I have seen them myself many times doing their job..
Thank You Novato Sanitary Service!
Our little creek and wash are gushing right now but there is no problem with flooding at all. It is safe here on Captain Nurse Circle.
Watching the mainstream news, you would think that this rainstorm is a negative thing. But actually, rain is just returning to us in a regular fashion. And soon the “Stormwatch” rain news won’t have anything to talk about…
But right now I am just making my own post about the “Big Storm” of 2014 right here on my blog and watching the problems everywhere else. It is a good thing that we had a very organized planning system when these homes where designed and built. That information should improve our home values even more….We live in a place that is safe during heavy rain! And soon we will be the only community in Novato that is completely fire safe….What a great place to live…
This is good news for the Owners on Captain Nurse Circle!
