Meadow Park is a townhome subdivision located in the Hamilton area of Novato, California, USA… Our subdivision is Owner-Occupied! There is no renting allowed here. That renting problem that got out of control is being dealt with finally by the Hello Housing organization through their contract with the City of Novato.
There are good people here… If you are looking to relocate to a very good townhome community with excellent HOA rules and plenty of good fresh air and sunshine, then you should really check out this community. It is in the process of a major transformation! Just read through my brief little blog and you will be able to tell that things were not going the right way. But since I have been intervening and using my excellent healing abilities things have changed positively.
Meadow Park is part of the Hamilton community, so we are able to utilize some very special resources. One of these resources is the Hamilton Shuttle. This transporation service is provided free to Hamilton residents. It is funded by all of the Homeowners Associations (HOAs) of Hamilton. The shuttle runs Monday through Friday, mornings and late afternoons. It is perfect for those people who are working locally in Hamilton or who just need a quick ride up to Safeway…The shuttle schedule is available to print out right here on your home computer:
Hamilton Food Pantry
Another exciting resource is the local Hamilton Food Pantry located at the North Bay Children’s Center (NBCC) Garden of Eatin’. This free food sharing program is administered by the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. You must sign up at this location where the food pantry takes place. There is no internet sign up right now. This one in Hamilton is located at the North Bay Children’s Center, 932 C. Street (right next to the Novto Charter School off Main Gate Road). It is available every Saturday morning starting at 8 AM. They are very welcoming to new participants. I am posting this flyer here on my blog because the Food Bank administration is changing a little now and you must present a valid California ID or picture ID to register….
I am so happy to see this pantry in existence. It is within walking distance for all the Hamilton residents. It is easy to find and very reliable… Here is the flyer for you to print out on your home computer:
