Poor Communication Persists in the Meadow Park HOA Management/Home Owner Relationship

Well, if some of you Owners are trying to access the agenda to Tuesday’s Meadow Park HOA board meeting, you are probably experiencing the same difficulties I am. This is what the announcement page looks like on the meadowparkhoa.org website:

But, when you click on this link it takes you to this error page:

Now, this error message wants you to contact the website administrator for assistance. This error message has been posted since yesterday (01-22-15). It is still there today. This is not user-friendly. This is a joke. Why should homeowners have to go through all of this just to access an agenda? I am certainly not going to contact these people and tell them their link is bad…They should already know this. Who manages a web page these days and neglects to check on their links? This is irresponsible behavior that we are paying for all the time! But, if you want to contact Wakefield Sharp and tell them their link is bad, by all means go on and do it… I am not contacting them for anything ever again…

I also checked the hanging file location on Bolling Drive to see if any agendas had been placed there. As of this date, noneĀ have been posted….

This is a very clear example of how poor the communication is between the Meadow Park HOA management and Meadow Park homeowners. We are kept in the dark all the time. The minutes are posted 2 months after the meeting is held….And many times, the minutes have been extremely inaccurate.

Are we going to continue to put up with this poor customer service? When are these inept management people going to be fired and replaced?
